Closure of the Kichi Zībī Mīkan and Portage Bridge September 19 and 20, 2025

Segments of the Kichi Zībī Mīkan and Portage Bridge will be closed for the Tour de Gatineau 2025 event. NCC weekend bikedays on the Zībī Mīkan will be cancelled on September 20.

Schedule:

September 19 from 10 am to 2.30 pm

September 20 from 9 am to 3 pm

Location: Kichi Zībī Mīkan from Island Park Drive to Booth Street

Portage Bridge

Impact to motorists: Full closure, detour signage will be on site

Impact to cyclists and pedestrians: No impact on adjacent multi-sue pathway.
